Police Court

A Mr. Soblier was on Monday fined $11.35 by Justice Smith for being

drunk.

Wednesday

Peter Nary, fined in a like sum, for same offence by the same Justice.

Justice Weeks fined John Griffin and John Fitzgerald each

$8.81 for Breach of Peace and Aaron Hinckley, Honora

Keefe and Ellen Mahar each $16.40 for selling liquor.

Thursday

Sheriff Field and Deputy Briggs seized a barrel of whiskey

in the barn of R. M. Rounds in "Nebraska" also a barrel of

strong beer in the saloon on Center Street kept by Pinney

and Barney.

Friday

A. H. Pinney and Horace Barney, saloon keepers, fined

$30  and costs for retailing liquor.

Appealed to County Court, Pat Griffin fined $8.81

for Breach of Peace.  W. H. Reed fined $11.40 for

drunkenness.
