Police Court

John  Drew held to bail in the sum of $250.00 for appearance at next term of County Court.

Wallace Smith of Pittsford, fined for being drunk.

David Oney, Jr. fined for the breach of the peace.  David's crime was in

flogging "the old man", he having been refused admissions to the

shelter of the paternal roof.

John Morrison, Michael McCormic and John McCormic were each

before the court for stealing liquor, fruit, nuts and c. from the

Railroad cars.

William Spellman, who escaped from the jail a short time

since, was re-arrested in Shelburne and is now in closer

confinement than before.
